Beat some PB's last night. My sprints during last week were completed in full however the breaks in between were not equal - some were 45 seconds & some were 90 seconds depending on how fucked I was.
But last night pushed myself to complete it all equally, in its entirety. My first sprint at 13.5mph(or)kph was done for 45 seconds. When I slow it down to 5 it takes 15 seconds to get there. At 45 seconds I start speeding it back up again which takes about 15 seconds to get back up again, & adding 0.5 to each sprint.
At about the 5th sprint I felt like taking a longer break... But then I was like no fuck that shit, keep going, & motivating myself out loud. Glad I kept going.
Then additionally to my 300 reps across 10 machines I thought fuck it & added 200 more crunches on the abs machine. Gunna do that each time too.
Also, took 2 scoops before this workout. Made me feel a little bit queasy when it was hitting me, like I could vomit at any second if I didn't focus. But thankfully this soon passed.
