Gunna be doing my weigh-ins on a Monday but couldn't help myself & just did one there now..
6lb lost since Monday when I started. That's 4 workouts.
I was 14st 10 at the start & now I'm 14st 4.
I think I want to be 11st but I fear that may actually be too skinny. I'll see how it goes.
