I've used it for the past 18 months and I find it really effective.
Pros:
Lift more
Go longer
Better/more consistent energy
Good supplements
Cons
Full of caffeine so it'll give you jitters
Itchy face/body
I used PhD Wired which I really likes and I'm currently using Musletech Neurocore. I go for recommendations from friends/gym mates and then decide on what tastes best (I had a bad experience with grape flavour) as they'll all have similar efficacy
