OK, I've been looking all over the internet to get rid of a girl. And I found some interesting things about getting rid of someone who you gamed and is starting to get clingy, be bunny boiler etc.
But my situation is a bit different and I simply can't find a solution on my own.
I started just about two months ago with gaming after I left it for several years for a relationship. Over the course of years I turned into some kind of arrogant and very socially reserved douche. I got fat and didn't care much about an appealing appearance either. Well, of course I started working out, lost 3 stones in weight over the past few weeks, wearing fashion again, being more social and generally everyone has picked that up quite positively. In my work the same thing. And not only in my work, but in my office team. And especially a fugly girl approx. 4 feet away from me. And with fugly I mean
FUGLY!
Now she finds the silliest excuses to come over to my desk, saying random words in German. I suspect her doing it only because of me, as I'm the only German speaker in the office. Laughing, giggling at the unfunniest things I have to say, brushing her hair, and lately, although she never done that before, putting on make up.
I always showed my IOD's and never sent mixed signals or anything that could even slightly indicate that I'd be interested. And she freaked me out today by saying that she woke up this morning thinking of me. She packed it quite nicely, because I told the team once that I wake up quite early and she said she woke up early, too. But if you're into game, you definitely start picking up all of these subtleties.
Now me and the rest of the team are constantly making fun of this awkward situation, as definitely everyone noticed. "Take one for the team, Eric!" or "She just needs a good shag" hahaha
But I don't want to get that far, because even if she were hot, she is as psychopath as it gets. She has no friends whatsoever (bad sign), she is socially awkward, has managed it to have our boss submit to her will (and our boss is not the one to easily dominate) and the tantrums she has are definitely not for the faint hearted. Especially considering the reasons she gets them, like continueing her work, while she is off sick etc.
I am quite pissed off that I am even investing 30 minutes of my time to try and get rid of her, but do you guys have any suggestions or had similar experiences? And no, looking for a new job is not an option
